Service Building
Muscowpetung Saulteaux Business Developments has recently completed the concept design and preliminary site planning review and analysis for a new 15,000 sqft Service Building.
The building has been designed with the following requirements that support the current and future needs of the Nation.
Four Storage Bays, with each that can accommodate 3 large trucks/equipment, for a total of 12 vehicles:
• ONE SERVICE/OIL CHANGE BAY
• ONE TIRE SHOP/REPAIR BAY
• ONE WASH BAY
The ground floor area includes washrooms and change areas for staff. An additional second floor mezzanine makes good use of the large structure to house new offices for the Nation’s facilities staff.
The building design uses cost-effective cladding materials and construction systems. The exterior of the building incorporates traditional Saulteaux patterning, providing a powerful Indigenous presence intended to inspire community through the use of (*please provide content).
