Muscowpetung Saulteaux Business Developments (MSBD) and Matrix Solutions Inc. have been officially awarded the contract to provide L3 IAMC with the following scopes of work:
1.) Engagement with the Swan Lake First Nation,
2.) Gathering, configuration and deployment of a pilot Graphic Information System (GIS) to be utilized by IAMC and NRCan.
Outputs: MSBD/Matrix will update the NRCan existing (mapping) layers, provide the IAMC the means to create maps in-house with the ability to add text and other data to the map (including the ability to illustrate and exhibit Indigenous land markers/Knowledge), create editing instructions and policies for the GIS datasets being used by IAMC members and monitors.
